This home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac at Del Mar Point, within walking distance of Tide Pool Beach, the Sea Ranch Golf Links, Gualala Point Regional Park, and the Del Mar Recreation Center - one of three rec centers you'll have passes to with a beautiful pool, tennis courts, and saunas.
The work of AIA architect Dan Levin, the house was designed and built around a central courtyard - a serene, sheltered space to barbecue in the afternoons, dine in the evenings, and marvel at the night sky from the warmth of the hot tub.
The single-level interior is accented by travertine floors, clerestory windows, and walls of west-facing glass that frame the meadow and ocean. The great room is a natural gathering space with 16-foot ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a built-in window seat for reading and whale-watching. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
