Find sunshine on the dock and central A/C inside. A big flat screen TV in the living room and smaller ones in each bedrom. Included is TV service and wireless high speed internet.
There are interesting antiques and surprises throughout and we keep the home clorox clean. Outside there is a small hot/cold shower, a shaded porch, a sunny deck plus docks and boat slips for you to use and enjoy.
There is a red plastic wagon to bring provided sand chairs to the beach (short 3 block walk) This is a one of a kind property! Interesting. Ecclectic. Classic. Cheerful. Clean. EASY off street parking for 2 vehicles. Can squeeze another.

We sanitize prior to each tenant but you and your family are responsible for leaving the home clean at your departure. If you would like linen service, maid service or cleaning help, this must be contracted in advance of your stay due to the shortage of qualified help during our busy summer season.
CHECK IN TIME is Saturday 3 PM to 5 PM (no early check-in)
CHECK OUT TIME is Saturday 10 AM
So sorry but for the safety of renters my housekeepers need ample time to complete sanitizing the home as well as use of the limited driveway space. If you need ice for your coolers the ice house is 2 blocks away. And if you need restroom facilities there is one on our promenade near the center of town

- Grill is cleaned of food debris & grease. Propane turned off & grill cover replaced
- Hoses off porch & porch furniture
- Empties & relines waste baskets (liners in house)
- Sorts trash. Promptly removed from house & placed in cans with lids. No overflowing
- Does laundry - all week long - mattress pads, pillow protectors, towels, throws, blankets & quilts. All can go in washer & dryer
- Wipes up bath rooms daily. The changeover crew scours, scrubs, uses toothbrushes, toilet bowl scrubs, glass cleaner & serious chemicals each week. BUT with a houseful of people using the bathrooms every day…bathrooms cannot return to awesome each week unless every rental group keeps them clean with frequent sprays of scrubbing bubbles, glass cleaner and daily maintenance (supplies in home)
