House not as described
The location of this property was amazing, two blocks from the beach and close to restaurants and parks. However, the house was not totally as described. Several of the major appliances were not working including the dishwasher. The Weber grill’s propane tank was empty, and the outdoor shower does not drain. The AC was working but could not handle temperatures above 75, we would come back from the beach and the house would be 80 degrees inside and would not totally cool until the sun went down. The place also needs a deep clean, a lot of the dishes that were put away were actually dirty and had to be rewashed. The shower had razor clippings and the shower mat was very dirty. Additionally, there was a good amount of food left in the refrigerator. While the owner was empathetic to our issues, none of them got resolved while we were there. The owner even called someone to look at the AC which we had to manage and schedule. For the price we paid, we could have gone to a similar property in the same neighborhood for cheaper. This place was not worth the cost.
