- Music or noise of any kind shall not be audible from ground level at any time of day
- Photo ID of all those staying may be required at check-in, or at any point during the stay, to confirm compliance with these rules
- Video surveillance of the exterior entrance of the property may be instituted to ensure occupancy and age requirements
- Missing or unreturned beach tags will result in an automatic and immediate replacement fee of $100 for first missing beach tag and $50 thereafter for each subsequent beach tag
- Families only. No groups
- Max occupancy, night OR day, is 7 people, including any/all visitors
- NOTE: The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- NOTE: The wood-burning fireplace in the living room is non-functional
- NOTE: Linens and towels are not provided at the property. It is recommended that you supply your own. The preferred linen rental service is G & T Linen & Crib Rental - Noncompliance with these rules or repeated complaints from neighbors may result in removal from the property
