"Very welcoming and friendly. Always helped us on questions and picked us up at any time we wanted from the Gondel station. The breakfast was excellent and rooms very comfortable and a good size. We enjoyed our stay very much "

"There is a difference between the "3 star" versus the "4 star" hotel but guests are able to partake in ameneities of both: including the shuttle that brings guests directly to the train station/entrance to Jakobshorn. Overall the service was the crowning jewel of our experience. My husband injured himself during our snowboarding run so we came down the mountain early. Although the pick-up timeframe hadn't begun yet, the shuttle driver came down early for us. Also; the front desk reception...

"Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato davvero bene. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Avevo colazione e cena completa incluse nel prezzo: la cena era davvero ricca, con antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto la loro flessibilità: nonostante il menu fisso della cena, sono stati sempre pronti a preparare qualcosa di diverso per venire incontro a chi ha preferenze alimentari diverse. I arrived from Zurich and was delighted to discover it was just a few minutes from Davosnplatz train station, surrounded by shopping, dinning and entertainment, steps away from the ski hill jacobshorn. Greeted by Lorena, and again the hospitality was amazing, another lovely conversation. Lorena always greeted me throughout the reminder of my stay, which made it feel like my home in Davos. The room itself was perfect and the amenities were completely satisfying. I enjoyed breakfast every morning with a varied selection and stunning view of the mountains. My favourite was the fully stocked gym with as much equipment as I have at my gym in Toronto. This was easily one of the best vacations of my life and it would not have been the same without mountain plaza and its staff "
