Welcome to the charming 4 1/2 room apartment with wonderful views of the Engadin Dolomites. The apartment is located in the village centre of Ftan. The cross-country ski trail, the children\'s area, the ski bus and the Ftan-Prui chairlift are within easy walking distance.

Ftan is located on a sun-drenched plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Engadin Dolomites rise up behind Tarasp Castle, framing the village in an alpine picture-book landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill of Ftan tells of the once-rich grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly into the Motta Naluns ski area. The children\'s area with magic carpet makes it easier for beginners to start skiing, and this is located near the apartment. The toboggan run between Prui and Ftan provides pure snow fun for young and old.

The apartment offers plenty of space thanks to its generous layout and is very sunny due to its south-west orientation. The apartment located in the attic also has two balconies, from which you can enjoy a free view of the impressive Engadin mountains. When you enter the apartment, you find yourself in a spacious entrance hall with a cloakroom. The cosy living room with dining table, sofa and fireplace invites you to linger. The living kitchen (newly renovated in 2009) is fully equipped. The three spacious bedrooms have 2-3 beds. A Tripp Trapp chair is available for the little guests. Both balconies are equipped with table and chairs - including the view. The apartment has a large bathroom (bathtub/shower/toilet) and a separate toilet. There is a parking space in the underground garage. On the same floor there is also a cellar compartment with a ski room.
