The flat is located in Ftan Sainas, directly by the cross-country ski trail and the children's land Ftan as well as by the ski bus. The chairlift Ftan-Prui is easily accessible on foot or with the ski bus Ardez-Ftan.

Ftan is situated on a sunny plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, the Lower Engadine Dolomites rise dominantly behind Tarasp Castle and embed the village in the picture-book Alpine landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill Ftan tells of the once rich grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly to the Motta Naluns snow sports area. The children's area with magic carpet makes it easy for beginners to get started in skiing; it is located directly opposite the flat. The toboggan run between Prui and Ftan offers pure snow fun for young and old.
In the friendly and cosy flat (approx. 80 m2) you can enjoy your holidays all around. From the living room with large dining table with corner bench, exposed beams and from the windows and from the adjoining terrace (with stone table and barbecue) facing west you have a great view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and fridge with large freezer compartment. In the living room, the fireplace is the highlight for cosy hours by the crackling fire.

The approx. 80 m2 flat is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family house with a sunny seating area with a view. The ski bus stop Ardez-Ftan is only a few minutes walk away. The cross-country ski run and the children's area with magic carpet are right outside the front door. The village centre with restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached easily on foot.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the old part of the village, relax at the Ftan bathing lake, in the bathing and sauna facilities of the Bogn Engiadina or go on one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and enjoy the Motta Naluns family skiing area in winter.
