The apartment of about 65 m2 is located on the 1st floor with a sunny balcony. The living room is designed with newly renovated open kitchen and offers enough space to enjoy the vacations together. Bedroom and living room have direct access to the spacious balcony.

The skiing area Motta Naluns is reachable by car and post bus in 5 min via Scuol. The valley cross-country skiing Martina-Scuol can be reached in 7 minutes by car. The ice rink and the soccer field Gurlaina are reachable in 10 minutes by foot. Shopping facilities are located in nearby Scuol, reachable in 5 minutes by car/post bus or in 10 minutes by bike/walk.
In summer the whole Lower Engadine offers itself for beautiful hikes, whether short or longer. Popular is the short hike to Lai Nair and Avrona, reachable from the house in 1 hour. In addition, the Swiss National Park is also nearby.
