The property is relatively easy to navigate, with a few stairs (with railing), one from the parking area & another from the deck to the waterfront)
Waterfront
The cottage’s waterfront frontage is 40’. The water is between 3’ to 6’ deep from the shoreline and approximately 4’ deep off the dock. Sun exposure is west, with sunset views from the deck. There are some weeds, but it’s generally good for swimming.
Boating
The water is approximately 4’ deep off the dock. There is a public boat launch less than 1 km. from the cottage, and 2 nearby marinas, one of which offers boat rentals.
