"This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). "We had a xmas party to go to for the evening so was looking for a reasonably priced B and B as only wanted a bed for the night. We were sooo lucky to have found this little gem right in the centre of Newquay, owner was very attentive as was the waitress at breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, and breakfast was scrummy. We will definitely recommend you, and book again if we are out in Newquay, thankyou soo much 😉"

"Check in was problematic. Although I'd booked using an Amex through Expedia, the hotel does not actually take this method of payment. This led to an embarrassing situation when my alternative card could not be accepted by their system. Luckily a separate terminal appeared and I was able to pay but all round, a poor check in experience which left me embarrassed in front of my partner."

"Honestly one of the best places I have stay while away for work. i booked the wrong dates but the staff were more than happy to accommodate us, the rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated! i would definitely stay again (even in my own time) its a wonderful location steeped in history. "The cottage was huge and extremely well-equipped, making it a perfect stay for families. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The spa requires advance booking, and guests can stay for only one hour, but it was a great experience nonetheless. Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay!"

"It was fabulous. Room clean. Food at bar and restaurant very tasty. Great spa and pool included. I only gave it good and not excellent due to the shower. It was Luke warm not hot. We complained and it was supposed to be fixed during the day. However night 2 and shower was still luke warm. The shower was lovely but There was definitely a problem with thermostat. "

"The site was very clean and well presented. The caravans were exceptionally clean and the extra little touches like towels, tea, coffee and sugar plus milk were a great touch. The food in the restaurant was hot, fresh and reasonably priced which was a bonus."

Cornwall break

"Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with the smell during the night. Hope it is sorted for the next occupant "

"An enjoyable break in a good location, central for most parts of Cornwall. The property had everything I'd expected to find in the kitchen and was comfy throughout. Good communications from the host too. All in all, an enjoyable stay."

Absolutely lovely

"This was a lovely cottage equipped with everything you could need...even a 1000 piece jigsaw that was a great occupation on a really wet and windy day. I felt straight at home there. Also really well located for visiting that part of Cornwall. Very handy Co-op just over the road. Recommend highly. Thank you"
