"grade A for what most people would consider a Roach/Kat/Ice motel. there were no fights, and it was very peaceful. if you're rating them on cleanliness, you already know it's phenomenal: 1/3 of the people working there is top tier in cleanin', and he does a great job. there is no continental breakfast (they can't take it down), so don't take it out on them because you're cranky. just go get some coffee. It's good, tastes like mcdonalds black, and IYKYK, go get some creamer if from the casey's...

"All the detail that went into planning for our arrival were amazing. Including having such tasteful Christmas decor thoughtfully displayed through the entire home. This alone kept our great nieces who visited us one night quite busy trying to count all the Christmas Trees. The views from both well equipped porches are great. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were such wonderful and personable folks. Highly recommend this home. "
