It’s close to the train and bus station, and vaporetto stops so it makes it easy to get around if you don’t want to walk. There is a grocery store nearby and places to eat. "Property was as described,-lovely with plenty of space and everything you needed and exceptionally clean. Paride was very happy to help and accommodate any requests. Thoughtful food items left in the cupboards as well as a delicious tiramasu which didn't last long! Trains into venice pretty much ran on time which was great. I booked this property purposely for the 2 showers being a family of 5. The shower downstairs had rotting Sheetrock everywhere. We also had to kill scorpion one evening."

"This is a beautiful property in a beautiful city with very responsive owners. In order to help me find the house, they met us by the pier when we arrived on a water taxi. When I accidentally left without the keys, I called them and they quickly came to help me gain access to the apartment. We enjoyed using the warm shower in the apartment and slept very well on the bed after a transatlantic flight."
