Contacted via WhatsApp. When I arrived, I called the number from WhatsApp, and the door buzzed open remotely. Made my way to the lift, went to the third floor, turned right, the hallway door was unlocked, found my room#3, with the key in the door. Once inside, a note awaited me on the desk, along with a bathroom key, a breakfast voucher at a nearby cafe, and a tourist map. A follow up...

"Nicola was amazing. From checking in to check out he was a pure professional. Very concerned with my well-being making sure everything was OK. I had a change in my travel plans due to weather in central Sicily and Nicola was able to move things around to accommodate me two extra nights. He was just amazing. I read this property as one of the best I’ve ever stayed at considering it’s in a city and if I had a rated out of 10, I would give it a 30 that’s how good this place is you cannot go wrong."

"Wow this apt is in a gorgeous historic building that has been lovingly renovated with an incredible artistic flair. Neighborhood is central with great nightlife. I really enjoyed my stay. Heads up for those of you who can't carry your bags up stairs-- there is no elevator so climbing a minimum of one floor up is necessary. I didn't mind a bit, just FYI. "

"Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."
