"Ein großartiges Anwesen mit einem schönen Pool und eigenem Seezugang. Die Räumlichkeiten sind schlicht gehalten, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck. Einige Schränke gehörten mal gründlich gereinigt oder ersetzt. Super war der zusätzliche Getränkekühlschrank, sowie der Fernseher, den man draußen aufhängen konnte. Vom Pool aus konnte man den herrlichen Ausblick auf den See genießen. Auf die Fahrräder war ein Unterstand vorhanden. Den Verkehrslärm hinter dem Anwesen haben wir so gut wie gar nicht...

"Absolutely loved the property! My friends and i Had a lovely time. The property was quite charming in a quiet and quaint Italian town. We had numerous walks and enjoyed cooking and talking. It more than exceeded my expectations. The property was about ten minutes away from lake Orta so was just right for visiting."

"My husband and I had six nights in this beautiful villa in Baveno. It is high in the town with a 10 minute walk down to the ferries/train/bus, as the listing indicates. So it is perfect to explore the islands of Lake Maggiore, as well as the other towns along the shores. Being that high, the villa has an amazing view of the lake and islands. "This historic villa will sweep you away. Such stunning grounds and views. Very clean. Property manager is very helpful and attentive. Location cannot be beat. "A family vacation of 12 people for 5 days. The group included participants from the age of 3 to the age of 70. Everyone found their place. We managed to fall in love with this great lake. For us, the ability to kayak and bathe in the lake every day and in addition to hike in the surrounding mountains made the vacation amazing. Stefano, the owner, was attentive, generous, and helped with everything needed. We will definitely visit again. highly recommend."

"We sincerely loved our stay at this property in Baveno! The guest house on their property is spacious and very well equipped. They even welcome you to enjoy their large garden. Angie and Alberto were such wonderful hosts greeting us at check-in with wine and pasta and even allowing us to stay an extra night when one member of our party fell ill. They even offered to order us dinner and take us to the train station! You could not feel more welcome then here!"

"The Villa is everything you always dreamed of when imagining an Italian vacation. It's specious, the garden is amazing, the details and thoughts that were put in the design are noticeable. However, please note that the house keepers are living in the house full time with your group. The pool chlorine level was too high and some family members had a rash. Former guests raised the issue, owner was aware of it and yet the issue wasn't addressed . Checkout time is at 9 AM and not 19 (7pm) as it is...

"We had a lovely, relaxed stay on Lake Orta. Mariagrazia and her agent were very communicative and eased the handover on arrival. The property was spotless and faultless in all respects with ample living space indoors and outdoors, and the kitchen was well stocked... the kayaks and table tennis in the basement were a bonus. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and walking to the local restaurants and bars. Bravo Mariagrazia!"

"Great location for our family ski trip. The hotel has an agreement with a lovely ski hire shop which is fabulous as we could leave our ski's and boots there every day, it made such a difference to our trip. We used the pool daily, it was lovely after a day on the slopes. You have to book one hour slots for the pool which works well as it is never too busy."
