"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"

"Although the hotel's location was less than ideal, situated in what seemed to be an industrial estate, stepping into the lobby felt like entering an oasis of calm. The check-in process was smooth, and the atmosphere inside was welcoming. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and pleasantly quiet, aside from some occasional door banging around 11:00 PM. "We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared every morning with plenty of options. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing we wished was included was a hot tub in the spa. Overall great experience and would definitely come back. "

"the spa is amazing and very nice breakfast. Overall , it's a very nice hotel to stay. but the service was a bit chaotic for us. we waited at the taxi station for more than 20 mins, no one came to pick us up, despite we called several times. we walked to the hotel with our luggages, the reception staff just explained that they were busy. I know you might be busy, but you could explain to me on the phone, or offer something alternative."

"The Hotel Helvetia was perfect for my short stay in Zermatt. I had read many of the previous reviews so I was prepared. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the train station, there is no elevator and my room was quite small but had a balcony overlooking the street filled with people. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. This hotel was quite reasonably priced and in a great location."
