"Absolutely terrible. Within 24 hours of staying here I lost power and had a major leak coming from the bathroom that flooded all the way out my door when I hadn’t even used water yet! There was no one answering the phone and when I called the main line and the lady i spoke to was extremely rude and was zero help. I had to book another place for the rest of my vacation. By far the absolute worst place you can stay and will not give you a refund or help you at all. If i could give it negative...
