The apartment is on the first floor of a two family house, has its own entrance and consists of living room with sofa bed and balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, storage room / laundry room. It includes a large terrace which is recommended for breakfast, or simply suitable for relaxing. A spectacular view of the sea completes the whole. The apartment is in a quiet area. It's very well equipped and new. The promenade in front of the house is exclusively reserved for pedestrians and ends just a few meters after the house (cul de sac). Even in high season (August) it is very quiet. No crowds on the beach.

The whole apartment is equipped with air condition that you can use in summer and winter.

The prices are for 2 people that need 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. If you are 3 or 4 people, then the price with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will be applied.

séjour merveilleux avec accueil des plus agréable
position idéale de l'appartement, face à la mer. Disponibilité de tout le necessaire au niveau de Donnalucata (boulangerie, boucherie, épiceries, superettes, petits commerces, restaurants, …). Tout le necessaire également au niveau de l'appartement, sans oublier la convivialité et l'accueil reçu de Fabia et de sa niece, nous expliquant les coins à visiter, les commerces intéressants et étant disponibles à tout moment pour toute question.

Comfortable apartment, good location in a delightful, unspoilt town.
Comfortable property, well-equipped, very clean with splendid view over the beach from a small balcony. Good, modern bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Excellent roof terrace but it might need more shading in mid-summer. Kitchen is quite small but modern and tidy. Parking might be tricky in high season as you have to park in a side street. Very friendly and helpful welcome on arrival.

Ideale Wohnung mit traumhafter Terasse am Dach
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Ende der Strandpromenade am Meer - sehr ruhig, aber nur 5min entfernt von Pizzeria, Eisgeschäft und Stadtzentrum. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben will aber dennoch am Abend einen abwechslungsreichen Spaziergang machen will ideal. Rund um die Wohnung befinden sich hauptsächlich Wohnungen/Häuser von Sizilianern, die dort auch im Sommer urlauben - Nicht-Italiener sieht man eher selten am Strand (groß, lang, sauber, Duschen 50m vom Haus entfernt). Kann sein, dass ausserhalb der Hochsession wenig los ist. Zum Parken: auch in der Hochsaison kein Problem hinterm Haus, kleine Autos haben definitiv Vorteile in den engen Gassen. In der Wohnung passte alles, Klima war bei uns wegen der Schwüle gut genutzt. Die Sonnenterasse bietet viel Privatsphäre und einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und die Strand. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Barockstädte Noto, Scicli - nach Catania, Taorminia und Ätna etwas weiter (2h) - dafür hat man in Donnalucata seine Ruhe und ist fernab der Touristenströme in Sizilien! Fabia und ihr Team war sehr, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sowohl die Buchung als auch die Organisation klappte hervorragend. Danke für die schöne Woche. Robert, Karin, Niklas & Nina

Wonderful apartment!
What can I say about this holiday apartment! It is perfect and in a fab location. My partner and I had a wonderful time here. We visited Donnalucata in June 2014 for a week and were so impressed by this place. The photos are exactly as the property looks and Fabia was a wonderful host. On our arrival she had provided us with a really large fruit and tomato basket, some pastries and some Sicilian breads. There was lots of information about Donnalucata and the surrounding areas and throughout the week Fabia ensured that she was available in case we had any difficulties or queries. The property itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a self-catering holiday (including an old fashioned Italian espresso maker which we loved!). It is modern and light and a real delight to stay in (I wish it was my own house!!). The apartment has an absolutely wonderful large roof top terrace with a table and sun-loungers and we spent lots of time up there relaxing and enjoying the views out to sea. The apartment was quiet and close to all of the amenities in the town. We arrived by public transport and found this worked fine for what we wanted, but if you wanted to see a lot more of the area then a car would be required. We visited Scicli by bus without problem and also organised a sea kayaking and mountain biking trip. I could not give any faults to this apartment or the service provided. We had a fab time there and were very sad to leave!! 100% recommend.
