"Not really appropriately advertised. Not an upscale property and doesn’t have all of the amenities listed. The WiFi doesn’t work, the pool bar was rarely open, breakfast wasn’t refilled daily. There was no shuttles to the town or to the beach as mentioned. There aren’t lots of restaurants nearby and it’s about a 40 minute walk into the town. We also had no safe in our room. "Oh my. What a delight!! I took a fall in Palermo (on my face) so we wanted someplace peaceful to relax and heal for a few days. This was it!! Our room was amazing. The spa was phenomenal!! All restaurants and food were top notch. Loved the bikes everywhere. 2 golf courses. Pool. Beach. This was a splurge for us, but truly spectacular in every way. "
