For shared use: property. Children's playground (slide, swing). Private: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, infrared sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 50 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Riding stable 500 m, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 25 m, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal 3000 1 km, Zillertal Arena 6.5 km, Kaltenbach-Hochfügen 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Aufenfeld 8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The photograph shows a typical example. In one of 4 houses is a sauna area with Finnish sauna and infrared cabin (for shared use from Monday to Friday from 17h to 20h, paid between April and November). Heating charges not included from May to November (payable locally, if necessary).

Schöner Urlaub.
Waren mit 7 Personen und Hund dort. Es war sehr schön. Bei allen Anliegen wurde uns ungehend geholfen. Sehr nette Vermieter, Kleine Anmerkung: der Kühlschrank ist für 7 Personen echt knapp. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Haus in Ordnung, aber zu klein für 10
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Freunden vor Ort. An sich in Ordnung. Besser nur 8 Personen. Die Bäder waren okay, Duschen könnten gründlicher gereinigt werden. In Schränken und hinter Sitzbank und Sofa sammelt sich Staub. Betten sehr hart oder schon durchgelegen. Kein Skiraum, Sauna mit 4 Häusern geteilt, nur unter der Woche nutzbar. 4000€ für diese Unterkunft im Winter sicherlich etwas viel aber man scheint sich an der Umgebung zu orientieren. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt OKAY.

Prima huis
Gezellig huis met veel hout. Wij waren er met 5 volwassenen en een hond, voor 10 personen wellicht wat krap. Goede uitvalsbasis voor aktiviteiten, prachtige omgeving. Harde bedden en kleine douches maar gezien de prijs van het huis helemaal prima. Basis schoonmaak oké maar wel spinrag in hoeken en aan plafonds. Het is niet nieuw of luxe maar functioneert gewoon. In de zomer zou een extra koelkast wenselijk zijn, zeker voor 10 personen.

Die Lage ist ein super Startpunkt für Unternehmungen im Zillertal. Das Haus liegt nicht, wie man es auf den Bildern vermuten könnte, freistehend ohne umher liegende Bebauung. Das Haus war groß genug, sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet. Duschen könnten moderner sein. Im Winter schwierig, dass abgesehen von den Duschen ein Kaminofen die einzige Heizmöglichkeit ist. Wenn man nicht vertraut ist mit der Vorgehensweise, ist es vielleicht nicht ideal und wird auch in der Objektbeschreibung nicht erwähnt.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Schwächen
Die Sauberkeit ließ stellenweise sehr zu wünschen übrig. Spülmaschine defekt, Pfannen und viele Tassen kaputt. Sehr positiv war die Reaktion der Vermieterin nachdem wir die Mängel angezeigt hatten, wo möglich wurde zeitnah Abhilfe geschaffen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, die Wände sind sehr dünn. Die Lage ist gut, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Renovierung wäre schön
Die Lage, die Busanbindung, die Gastronomie in der näheren Umgebung, die Betreuung vor Ort sind einfach unschlagbar. Aber das Haus kommt langsam in die Jahre und müsste mal renoviert werden. Die Holzmöbel waren rissig und es standen Splitter ab. Die Sitzbezüge im Esszimmer sind abgenutzt. Es gab viele SpinnenNetze im Haus. Die Spülmaschine hat nur ungenügend gereinigt und fast gar nicht getrocknet. Auch die müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Eine entspannte Woche
Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder haben eine entspannte Woche im Zillertal verbracht. Das Haus war groß genug und jedes Kind hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und unkompliziert. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Hund im Haus. 2 Bäder und zwei separate Toiletten waren ausreichend. Hat alles toll funktioniert. Platz aus Esstisch und auf der Couch. Nur für 10 Erwachsene wäre uns das Haus zu klein.
