The apartment is located near Schwarzenbach an der Saale in the district Förbau and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing vacation near the reservoir Förmitztalsperre.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds, living room with a spacious sofa bed for 2 people and can accommodate a total of 6 people.
In the bedrooms there is no problem to put 1 or 2 travel beds for children or also the additional bookable crib. A high chair is also available upon request.
The modern bathroom is equipped with bathtub and barrier-free shower, toilet, bidet and sink. In addition, a guest toilet is available.
In the living room SAT-TV and a stereo system are at your disposal. The free WLAN is suitable for video conferencing.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need:
Refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and a coffee maker for filter coffee.
Also with a small table and two wooden stools for a quick meal for two. In the dining room there is a large table with 8 chairs.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The apartment has an outdoor area with garden and terrace with garden furniture. The terrace is partially covered.
You can reach two excellent restaurants directly in the village on foot in a few minutes. The Förmitztalsperre (reservoir) is within walking distance in about 20 minutes. Here you can swim, surf and take a relaxing walk.
Train station and intercity bus can be reached in about 10 - 15 minutes on foot.
Various shopping opportunities, bakers and butchers in Schwarzenbach are available in about 5 km distance. You will also find direct marketing in the near vicinity of about 5 km and can thus experience and savor the pleasure region HochFranken. In Schwarzenbach you can also visit the comic museum Erika Fuchs Haus. The city of Hof with museums and the recreation area Untreusee with climbing park, labyrinth and mini golf is about 15 km. away and the porcelain city Selb with the state museum Porzellanikon, the factory outlets of Rosenthal, Villeroy and Boch, BSH-Tabletop and many other outlets is also not far away with about 20 min. driving time.
