A modern apartment on the top floor with an impressive window front and a generous roof truss provides ultimate privacy and the cosy balcony looks south. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with large double beds and flat screen TVs. A large tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, a tropical shower, a double washbasin and a toilet with water jet as well as hair dryer and make-up mirror with light.

The entire apartment has bamboo floors with underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, stove with oven and refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. The spacious living/dining area invites you to linger. Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the building and are freely accessible.
