"The property used a Self Check In capability which was okay, but I prefer real time customer service. After our arrival, I was able to find a actual staff member to answer my questions. Supposedly communications via the Whats App message tool would receive prompt service, but I did not attempt to do so. Pros: - good breakfast - good downstairs area - Location - bathrooms in family suit was good size - friendly staff Cons - rooms are bit cramped for family (family suit) but assume this may be the case for most hotels near they city - rooms were not cleaned regularly - some days they were attended to some days not ( not sure what the hotel policy for cleaning rooms was)"
