"It's not a luxury space but it's located centrally, priced attractively, and was surprisingly quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was trash in the lockers, and the bathroom smelled of urine."

"Nice hostel/hotel type property with nice staff. I had an issue contacting them to change my arrival which could have ended badly. I had to pay for the extra day even though they weren’t actively trying to keep my reservation. Would have rented the room had I not shown up early the second day. The person I spoke to in their call center (Ted) didn’t do anything he said he would do."

"Staff was knowledgeable, when we needed something, it was delivered right away, great location, close to all attractions withing walking distance, Mall of Berlin 5 minute walk, lots of restaurant choices, very safe area. Rooms were clean and comfortable, pool and sauna were heavilyl used and well maintained. Definitely recommend this place."
