"Beautiful property. Housekeeping does a good job. Front desk staff is alright though not particularly welcoming even though they know customers have traveled from afar. They never return emails sent to them prior to our arrival when we had questions. I even asked the staff and they didn’t have an answer. Strange. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay. The property was located perfectly to explore St Gallen, in close proximity to the rail station and Alstadt. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"Great no frills place to stay. We had a family of 4 and stayed in a room that had a king bed and 2 twin beds. The room was very warm, cozy, clean and comfortable. The train is only 3 minute walk so it makes it very easy to get around Zürich without difficulty. You will need to buy your train tickets as the hotel stay does not include train passes like some hotels in Zurich. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. "Schönes neues Hotel, Zimmer und Bad sehr gut, Betten leider zu hart. Abzüge gibt’s wegen dem Frühstück, das nicht 4*-like war: zu wenig Auswahl, kaum Obst und auch ansonsten nicht wirklich lecker. Personal war sehr bemüht, aber hat wenig Möglichkeiten."
