"Luxury hotel with great rooms and wonderful breakfast. However the promised spa is only open at limited times ( not mornings) and didn’t open on schedule when we were there. Please note all room info eg how to operate the air con is on the tv, which we didn’t realise til too late "

"Staff could not have been more helpful, extremely polite. The breakfast selection catered for everyone and plenty of choices. The only slight negative is hotel room floor could have done with a thorough clean, dusty in places."
