The Villa Bodefeld. nl is an exclusive house that is particularly suitable for large groups / families. The fantastic location and stylish furnishings invite you to relax. The spacious and cozy social room, which also includes a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with all the necessary electrical appliances, offers space for 20 people and is equipped with a large LED TV with HDMI connection. A guest toilet should of course not be missing at this level. The common room offers enough space and comfort for workshops and seminars!

The house has bedrooms and bathrooms with great comfort. There are various seating options inside and out. In the very large garden there is a wonderful barbecue area that invites you to cozy barbecues.

Nice House fit a group

We had a nice time here. The house was a good fit, but in the future, getting the floor plan upfront would make a difference. The pool is awesome, especially with kids.

Schönes Haus, schöne Umgebung

Wir haben mit mehreren Familien ein tolles Wochenende verbracht. Kommunikation mit Vermieter hat wunderbar funktioniert. Alles war sehr gut gereinigt. Waren etwas früher da und die Reinigungskraft war noch sehr bemüht , alles in bester Qualität zu übergeben. Das Haus ist kein neues Haus mehr und mit jeder Gruppe

Gruppentour, bei der keine Wünsche offen geblieben sind

Das Haus haben wir als ideale Unterkunft für 16 Personen bezogen. Die Kommunikation vorab mit dem Team von FeWo lief problemlos. Vor Ort haben wir unseren Schlüssel über einen Schlüsselsafe erhalten, was für uns vollkommen OK war, weil die Haustechnik einfach funktionierte. Besonders nett war der Wellnessbereich mit dem großen Aussenpool. Sollte es uns wieder in die Gegend verschlagen, wäre die Traumvilla wieder eine lohnenswerte Unterkunft. Herzlichen Dank nochmal für die problemlose Buchung und die nette Zeit vor Ort.

Nachbarn sind sehr verärgert

Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet. Pool und Sauna waren okay. Was ziemlich genervt hat das die Nachbarn jeden Abend um kurz nach 22Uhr auf der Matte standen und sich über lärm beschwert haben. Obwohl wir nur draußen auf der Terrasse saßen. Sie haben sich auch darüber beschwert das wir Tagsüber im Garten Fußball gespielt haben und Musik gehört haben. Man kann die Anwohner zwar verstehen, wenn jedes Wochenende ein andere Gruppe im Haus ist, aber in der Anzeige der Immobilie sind "Veranstaltungen/Feiern" explizit gestattet. Man bezahlt viel Geld damit man eine schöne Zeit hat und darf sich dann mit den Anwohner rumschlagen.

Gelungener Betriebsausflug!!!

Wir waren mit der Firma 2 Nächte im Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genoßen. Ich empfehle unbedingt den Pool und die Sauna dazu zu buchen. Diese waren die eigentlichen Highlights der Tage, wenn man vor Ort bleiben möchte, was wir taten.

Geräumig und Gemütlich

Hatten uns dort mit Kollegen für 5 Tage zum tagsüber gemeinsamen Arbeiten und abends gemeinsam Spaß haben getroffen. Das hat gut geklappt. Im unteren Aufenthaltsraus gibt es zwei große Tische, und durch die Aufteilung des Hauses war es auch kein Problem sich mal in eine ruhigere Ecke zurückzuziehen. Internet war ausreichend schnell. Wie schon einige andere Bewertungen geschrieben haben, wären im Vorhinein ein paar genauere Infos über die Raumaufteilung nützlich gewesen. Das ganze ist wohl ein umgebautes Mehrfamilienhaus, sprich man hat pro "Wohnung" meist ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer, und ein dahinterliegendes Zimmer mit Doppelstockbett. Im Haus sind zwei Küchen, vollkommend ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Highlight waren aber definitiv der Whirlpool (der überraschend groß und tief ist, sicherlich 2 x 4 Meter) und die Fass-Sauna. Der Außenbereich ist mit einem gemauerten Grill und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet.

Geweldig verblijf

Alles klopt zoals in de omschrijving. Heerlijk ruim huis met grote kamers en fijne bedden. Met 3 gezinnen en in totaal 16 personen was dit erg comfortabel. Je kunt genoeg privacy krijgen, maar ook de gezamenlijke ruimte opzoeken. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin is groot en ligt mooi in het groen van de heuvels. Daar kun je mooi wandelen. Dichtbij de Hunau piste en 25 minuten van Winterberg. Kortom: een aanrader!

Winter & Wellness

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Bödefeld war sehr schön und erholsam. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Der (große) Whirlpool und die Sauna sind super um Abends nach einem Tag abzuschalten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietern verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Unsere Gruppe war vollsten Zufrieden und kommt gerne!

Wintereinbruch und Keiner ist erreichbar

Alle Zuwege waren mit dickem Eis überzogen. Es ist kein Streusalz, keine Werkzeuge nichts vorhanden. Es war saugefährlich für Alle Kinder und Erwachsene. Die Agentur war erreichbar aber nicht der Vermieter. Trotz AB Besprechung , keiner meldet sich: Unmöglich. Die Unfallgefahr war enorm. Nie mehr dorthin.

Traumhaus im Sauerland

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Sauerland. Das Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Aufgrund der Größe und guten Aufteilung gab es auch mit der größeren Gruppe keinerlei Probleme.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 18 Leuten vor Ort und es war wirklich schön. Der Pool ist fantastisch und auch die Sauna ist toll, auch wenn es für uns leider zu wenig Holz gab. Leider haben einige Ungenauigkeiten im Inserat es ein bisschen erschwert. Zum Beispiel wäre es im Voraus gut zu wissen gewesen, dass drei der Zimmer Durchgangszimmer sind und weitere drei Zimmer nur Stockbetten haben. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr sehr schön und wir überlegen schon wieder zu kommen.

Toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder

Klasse Haus mit mehreren Appartements und großen Gemeinschaftsraum. Saune und Whirlpool sind klasse, die Küchen klasse ausgestattet. Unterkunft kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
