The apartment is located above Gleidorf in a quiet cul-de-sac below the golf course of the Schmallenberg Golf Club.

The apartment has 80 square meters of living space with its own terrace, barbecue and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate 4 people. It offers a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and flat screen TV. In another bedroom there is a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm) with 2 sleeping places. A bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate guest toilet, a cozy fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with corner sofa, pellet stove and Smart TV.
The apartment has its own washing machine and tumble dryer.
The directly adjacent lockable garage provides storage space for bicycles and ski equipment.

Free parking is available directly in front of the apartment. There is a bakery and a café 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the town center.
Cycling tours and hiking are easy to do from the apartment. The SauerlandRadring is only 600 m away.
