"Leider stimmt die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses nicht ,den es ist kein ganzes Ferienhaus was man mietet ,sondern nur eine Wohnung in einem Mietshaus, und das 3 Schlafzimmer ist auch noch außerhalb der Wohnung es grenzt mit einer Milchglas Tür an den öffentlichen Flur. Die Wohnung selber ist schön geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Mit einer schönen Terrasse. Leider gibt es kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer nur eine Kommode ,es gibt im Bad kein einigen Hacken für die Handtücher ,auch ein Besen oder...

"Dieses Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Man kann spazieren und die Ruhe genießen. In der Nähe kann man unendlich viele Dinge erkunden und mit Kindern jede Menge Spass haben Im und um das Haus herum ist alles vorhanden, um sich sehr wohl zu fühlen. Das Haus ist sehr sehr sauber und auch kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. "Super mit Herz und Verstand eingerichtete Wohnung. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist allerdings besonders bei An- und Abreise etwas beschwerlich, da sich die Wohnung in der 5. Etage befindet und es keinen Aufzug gibt. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

"Poor customer service. I was locked outside wit another guest for 45 minutes. The number and the whatsapp answered but blew us off. It was night time and freezing. Luckily we found a way in. Building door doesn't always work correctly and they customer service as well"

"We had a fine stay in this property. The house is tidy. With a nice space around the house where kids can play with a trampoline and pool. One remark: the property is less appropriate for talll persons (> 1.90m) : the ceilings on the first floor are low as well as the shower. Also the beds are too short for tall people. You can make nice trips into the Erzgebirge and to cities as Dresden and Karlovy Vary. ther is enough intersting to see and do. I can recommend the holiday home"
