Our property in Seestraße 14 - in the center of Schliersee - has been family owned since the 1950s. The former "Seeheim Rauch" was completely refurbished in 2019 and is now in 3. Generation under the new name "Seeheimat" to new life. Exclusive and individual.
Our apartment "Liserl" with a size of about 90 square meters is located directly on the lake and has a spacious sun terrace and a balcony from the bedroom walkable - both with stunning views of the lake and the mountains.

The apartment "Liserl" has a large, open plan living-dining area with a cozy living area with open fireplace, TV, a cozy dining area and a modern kitchen including all amenities and accessories. The view of the lake and the mountains is wonderful and can be admired both from the kitchen and the large bedroom. The larger bedroom (about 15 square meters), with access to the separate lake balcony, is equipped with a large built-in wardrobe, TV and a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom (about 11 square meters) has another double bed, TV and wardrobe. From here you can reach the "utility room" with its own washing machine and dryer. The large bathroom is equipped with double vanity, bath & toilet. The smaller bathroom with vanity, shower & toilet.

Alles perfekt 👌
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei Fragen war die freundliche Vermieterin jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am See mit eigenem Seezugang, Kajaks und Sups sowie eine Sauna und ein Außengrill stehen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns aufs nächste Mal 🙏😊

Absolut top! Erstklassiges Objekt direkt am Schliersee
Wir waren Ende Juli 2020 für zwei Wochen als Familie am Schliersee und können das Objekt nur wärmstens empfehlen! Der direkte Zugang zum Schliersee und die traumhafte Aussicht sind erstklassig. Das Objekt hat alles was das Herz begehrt und ist neuwertig. Mit den Vermietern hatten wir einen sehr guten, fast herzlichen Kontakt. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!
