"Attentiveness of the staff needs to be improved. Plumbing and overall inspection of properties needs to improve. We enjoy staying. But you're expected to be independent of you need issues resolved. We can't ever get in touch with member services. Cheaper and more convenient to book through Expedia and we are propery owners."

"We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect- 10 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, yet completely quiet and tucked away. The hotel and winery are beautiful. We altered our itinerary to spend more time at the hotel because we loved relaxing there so much! The saltwater pool was lovely, as was dinner at the onsite restaurant. Staying here really made our vacation feel like a luxury getaway. The bed was very comfortable, too. "

"We had a nice stay in a little 2 bedroom apt. Had upstairs with sitting room, dinning table, full size fridge and microwave. Only complaints were not enough trash cans and no towels or soap in kitchen. Clean place to stay. Close to Bush Gardens and food."
