"The Romerhof hotel is actuelly a wing of the Tenerhof hotel, only rooms/restaurant located 50 meter apart from the main hotel facilities, but... the hotel was very very nice, starting from the welcoming, on to the perfect service from all the stuff (especially the shuttel driver (with the glasses) which was so friendly and helpful. The breakfest was very tasty and almost perfect, more vegtables are needed. the breakfest serivce was perfect. The spa is well equipped and maintained with elegance...

"Toll designtes Hotel, leider ohne eigenes Frühstück. To go Kaffee im empfohlenen Lokal im gleichen Gebäude war an dem Tag nicht möglich. Im Zimmer durchgehend laute Belüftung, was die Nachtruhe etwas stört. Stadtzentrum ist in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel und ein schöner Aufenthalt. "

"We had a very nice apartment with fantastic view on a castle . We had a feeling living on a farm - with beautiful cows . We had a very nice and though inexpensive breakfast with a fresh milk from the owner’s cows. The only thing - you do need to have a car if you chose to stay there."

"We liked the property, however they say it’s a non-smoking place but they have ashtrays on the balconies and all of our neighbors smoked! It was terrible bc we’d have to close our balcony door and it was hot. Also there is no a/c nor fans :( "

"We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. "We had a great stay for a week's skiing at The Landhof Hotel. It offers large, well equipped, clean apartments and for a very reasonable price. The service from all reception staff was first rate. They went out of their way to make you feel welcome. They sorted our lift passes for us and ski lockers at the Hartkaiser lift for no additional charge. Our apartment had comfy beds, well equipped kitchen area (although with no oven) and was very well sized for the four of us. The hotel itself benefits...

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"
