"Leider ist alles schief gegangen was nur ging! Gebuchte Zimmer war schon belegt als wir einchecken wollten! Nach telefonischer Rücksprache wurde eine Notlösung für eine Nacht gefunden und am nächsten Morgen bekamen wir die info das die 2 Nacht in einen anderen Hotel ist! Der Chef hat wirklich alles getan um das Problem der doppel Buchung zu lösen und das rechen wir ihn hoch an aber den Fehler auf meine Buchungsänderung zu schieben......! Wenn ein Zimmer bezahlt ist darf es nicht weiter gegeben...
