The holiday apartment is just ten kilometres to the east of Bremerhaven in Sellstedt.
The apartment is in an annex to our single-family house. The apartment is at ground level with its own entrance. The fully-furnished and equipped apartment of around 55m² is ideal for a maximum of three adults or two adults with a maximum of two small children. Small dogs up to ca. 35cm height are allowed, but the site is not fully fenced. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV, a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, a fully-equipped kitchen with built-in furniture, an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge etc. and a dining corner, along with a bathroom with a WC, washbasin and shower. There is a storage room with a freezer and a washing machine (payable). All the windows except in the bathroom and the terrace door are fitted with external binds. All the rooms have radiators connected to the central heating and the bathroom and kitchen have hot and cold water.
It provides plenty of car parking space. The site is right by a district road. In the mornings and in the late afternoons on weekdays there is increased traffic.
Workmen or company employees with temporary work contracts in the Sellstedt/Bremerhaven area are welcome. In the Sellstedt area there are more than four golf clubs, mini golf, swimming lakes and swimming pools, as well as a range of cycle paths. You can drive from Sellstedt to Cuxhaven in ca. 40 minutes, Hamburg in around 1.5 hours, Bremen in ca. 50 minutes and Bremerhaven in ten minutes. Bremerhaven has many sights such as the German Maritime Museum, the Auswandererhaus and the Klimahaus. You can take boats from here from May to October to the German island of Helgoland.
There is a terrace with four chairs, a table and a parasol. There is plenty of lawn space for playing or sunbathing. Garden loungers can be provided free of charge. The site is surrounded on two sides by high oak trees and is partially fenced.
