"Excellent modern rooms and was perfect sized room for family of 3 enjoying Euro Football Championship 2024. Staff were friendly and helpful and housekeeping standard excellent. Hotel in industrial area so quiet at night with large supermarket across the road with pharmacy and food outlets. Just 15 minutes walk to Hulb Station on SBhand and in middle of Stuttgart within 20 mins. Never used food in hotel itself so cant comment on that. "

"This was a frustrating stay. I booked my hotel room last minute in a location near a festival. What attracted me was the room size & kitchenette. When I arrived, I asked whether I could use my Miles&More number. I was told to do it at checkout. What I was given looked nothing like what I'd booked. It was small, dirty & stuffy w/ dust everywhere & stains on the furniture. No kitchenette, no fridge, etc. I called a hotels.com representative & they let me know my room could be changed the next morning. I went to my function, came back, & rested. I awoke w/ congestion. I showered, packed, & went down to change my room. The gentleman began to say "but you stayed a night". Yea... because I arrived at 2130 & had somewhere else to be. It turns out, they'd put me into the wrong room. I can only assume an assumption about me was made because I paid for a specific room. He asked if I had proof there was a problem with the room. I showed him pictures. Either way, it was the wrong room. I changed to the correct room & it was COMPLETELY different. You couldn't have convinced me that these were the same hotel. However, as soon as I checked the bedding, they're were boogers on the bedding. The backup/extra blanket had what looked like blood stains. I called down for a new blanket & was assured someone would come get the old ones the next morning. They didn't. When it came time to check out, they refused to add my Miles&More number. I don't think they expected me to speak up about my room."

"Super friendly helpful staff , they really are a credit to the hotel . Modern, Clean comfortable rooms , nice food in the restaurant at a reasonable price, excellent breakfast, parking can be a bit tight for a larger vehicle in busy times , but again staff super helpful in finding a solution. Stay here regularly and have recommend to colleagues "

"We had two different experiences at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights then returned for one night. This a review for our 3 night stay. Hits: Warm welcome, beautiful big room on the third floor with extra space to store our luggage, delicious breakfast which we enjoyed in the sun room, comfortable beds (maybe we were jet-lagged but we slept really well every night}, parking onsite and walkable to a great cafe on the corner and Saints and Scholars pub which we visited a few times. Central to everything Tuebingen has to offer and close to the university which is where we needed to be. Misses: The shower was hit or miss whether it would be hot or whether you could move around in it. Quite awkward. No elevator which was fine for us but if you are on the upper floors and have a lot of luggage, it's a hike. Not serious misses. We really liked the hotel and used it as a home base for trips to Liechtenstein and France. Would return and ask for the upper floors. There is also an onsite restaurant for dinner serving Greek food that smelled delicious and seemed quite popular but we were never nearby for dinner."
