" Very little English speaking staff at front desk. Changes in lobby bar hours/services with no warning. They had no shampoo/conditioner in room but had shower caps despite no shower in room. Reserved a queen bed room and given a loft with spiral steps to bedroom on second floor, not mentioned I reservation. Loft warm with only a small window and fan for ventilation. "

"Highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. The rooms were not very comfortable; the area is noisy due to the train station and the rooms are dated. Would only suggest it for one night passing thru"

"We had a very nice time at this hotel. It was in a very walkable area and the breakfast was the best I have ever had as park of a hotel experience. The air conditioner was only slightly effective, but that may because it was unseasonably warm during our stay."
