Our magical 5-star wellness house is located directly between Grömitz and Neustadt and not far from the Bliesdorf natural beach. It was completely renovated, modernized and renovated in 2013

On about 125 square meters of living space and about 1000 square meters of the fully fenced garden, 6 people (if desired also with pets) can find relaxed space for leisure and relaxing holidays.

The beds, the high-quality built-in wardrobes, the vanities and the kitchen come from the loving hand of an artist carpenter and have been supplemented by various designer furniture. The four spacious bedrooms and the living room are designed with a high quality oak plank floor.

The light-flooded living room with the unobstructed view over the picturesque, hilly landscape of East Hostein invites you to linger. Enjoy hours together on the comfortable sofa and in front of the old French fireplace. Listen to music on the great system or just watch TV on the large flat screen.

The beautiful kitchen and the cozy dining area with the pleasant underfloor heating are made for sociable hours and offer a lot of incentive to enjoy together and spend sociable hours. Great equipment, high-quality equipment and beautiful dishes do the rest here. Or just use the adjoining terrace and have breakfast in the sun.

The 4 very lovingly furnished bedrooms invite everyone to dream in their own way. Whether canopy bed or bunk bed there is something for every taste. Spacious, with seating and / or play facilities, they offer enough space for retreat, peace and security.

The pretty bathrooms are equipped with a bath or shower, two sinks, a BD and of course with towel dryers. The floors of the bathrooms are decorated with handmade tiles from Marrakech and have underfloor heating.

For the larger ones there are two televisions with flat screens and DVD players in the house. A game collection is of course available in addition to a series of books as well as extra blankets and a handcart. There is WiFi, HiFi, a safe, soft towels and cozy bed linen that is also suitable for allergy sufferers.

The utility room is in the basement. Here you will find washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
