"The unit is spacious with a living room bedroogm, kitchen eating area and large bathroom. The owners provided us with coffee for the coffee machine, fresh fruit and fresh flowers. "Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem sehr großen und ruhigen gelegenem Objekt. Es gab in der engeren Umgebung nur 2 weitere Häuser, wovon man allerdings nichts mitbekommen hat. Was etwas hinderlich war, das waren die Stechmücken, diese haben sich immer selbst eingeladen. Aber mit regelmäßigen Schutzsprays, konnte man dem etwas entgegenwirken. Was ich persönlich nicht so schön fand war, dass das Geschirr teilweise nicht richtig sauber war, und wir zuerst spülen mussten bevor wir es...

"A lovely house and garden with stream at the end. The river is close by, and was idyllic to paddle board / kayak on and has a well used cycle route alone it. The tennis court, almost next to the house, was always available. Location is rural but it is easy to get to Amsterdam and lots of other places. Caroline was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon."

"We stayed here for eight days in October with two couples, both 60+. Everything about the villa was as advertised and more. Especially the living and dining rooms are large and comfortable, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the beds very comfortable, all the amenities excellent, and the hosts were always available and kind and helpful. Montfoort is centrally located and it was wonderful after a busy day of sightseeing to come “home” and not have to unpack but just relax. Highly recommended...

"Het huis is op zichzelf mooi, ruim en met veel servies en keukenspullen maar op een aantal punten niet goed onderhouden. Een beneden slaapkamerraam heeft geen gordijnen en het buiten rolgordijn is stuk (er staat een buitenlamp die brandt voor dat raam), de radiatoren in de woonkamer werken niet goed, de grote oven van het fornuis is stuk (er is wel een kleine over maar met een grote groep niet erg handig) en zo zijn er meer kleine dingen. Alleen de tuin voor het huis is toegankelijk voor gasten,...

"The house is nicely located in a quiet resort with lake view. Very clean! You have to bring your own towels or rent them! The kitchen is equipped for 10 people eating but the cooking equipment is not. The pots and pans are very small. Never was able to figure out how to keep the oven on for more then 5 minutes. Instructions for that would have been amazing. But our stay was great! Access to bikes allowed us to explore the beautiful area. Everything was within driving for a day, Haarlem,...

"Located a few feet from a nice harbor where you can grab a meal or a drink a watch beautiful sunsets, the house was located conveniently to many cities (you’ll need a car) or stay local and go sailing, SUP, motorboat or swim in the clear water. Good sized house was clean, beds comfortable, had all basic necessities. We had a wonderful holiday visiting family and sightseeing. Went sailing and boating.. Beautiful mini golf course and pannekoeken nearby. Thanks, Yolanda!"
