"Really clean and comfortable and a great welcome from the hosts. Great recommendations for eating out nearby. They do evening meals if requested in advance. There are two saunas at the property which I didn't get to use but if I had the time, would have loved to. Breakfast was perfect. The fried eggs have to be tasted to be believed. I cant recommend this place any higher. Perfect."

"I highly recommend this traditional B&B across from the beautiful Grrot B egijnhof. Gina is a lovely and attentive hostess, offering a full breakfast. The room was spacious and the neighborhood is very quiet."

"The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful as we were promised a full refund and are still waiting on the property to get in contact with Expedia. "Beautiful room, hotel and grounds. Staff were very friendly. Our room was on a high floor with a gorgeous view. The hotel bar was located in the Monastery area, again beautiful, historic. Well positioned for walking around the town and further afield. If staying in Leuven again we would definitely stay here."

"As soon as we booked the room, the hotel staff reached out to us. We appreciated how responsive they were. We stayed for two nights - August 9th and 10th. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station but it wasn’t noisy. We got connecting rooms as requested. We noticed that one room didn’t have hand soap and it was promptly fixed. We enjoyed our stay. If you travel to the hotel by car like we did, there isn’t a way to drive up to the front door and unload your luggage. You can either park on the street or in the parking lot. It is a very minor inconvenience but we thought we would mention it to raise awareness for others. "
