"We enjoyed staying in this villa with our adult children and friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a lifesaver as it was quite hot during our stay. The owner was super responsive and kind - (I got worried about some hill fires early in our stay, he put me at ease and was very reassuring)."

"Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....

"This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!"

"Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar.
