"The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly."

"This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. Very comfortable and grand interior and lovely bedrooms. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. we were so sorry to have to leave. Would love to return one day."

"My party found Angela and Andrea to be ethical, honest and above all welcoming. Angela gave us a list of great local restaurants. What we wanted was to eat locally and get a feel for the country. Pitigliano is a wonderful local, rich in history going back 3,000 years to the Etruscans. Multiple Forts, Castles and Hot Springs are all within 10 miles of the Villa. "Il posto è molto suggestivo, tranquillo e con vista mozzafiato. La villa è arredata bene e confortevole, dotata anche di piscina a sfioro molto utile. A mio avviso questa villa si presta per una vacanza in pieno relax ma stanziale cioè non si deve pensare di poter visitare tutti i giorni le bellezze dell’Argentario. Infatti, come segnalato nell’annuncio, da Porto Ercole la strada e’ si più breve, ma ricavata nella roccia e quindi piena di rocce affioranti, buche e pietre praticamente ci vuole...

" Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns nicht geweigert die Reinigungsgebühren zu bezahlen, sondern waren erst der Meinung das diese uns nicht auf der Hauptbuchungsseite angezeigt wurden und haben uns nun gewundert, das wir diese vor Ort zahlen sollten. Im nachhinein haben wir die Reinigungskosten versteckt im Kleingedruckten gefunden. Und auch vor Ort bezahlt.
