"This is truly a little gem. An amazing, tastefully restored period building. It is also the owners home and it shows in all the fine details and attention. The building is amazing, spiral staircase, old fashioned bell pull and giant key locks. The rooms tastefully in keeping with the half timbered style whilst still managing to host all modern amenities. The breakfast selection was outstanding and uniquely informal. All fresh local produce....mmmmm. Best of all was the hospitality of the host...

"Property is beautiful but could use a little more attention to cleaning the common areas. Owner was delightful. Our suite was amazing but bathroom is very dark and needs more lighting. "

"We went to the Loire Valley to see the castles in the area. We traveled with our five year old and the pool at this home was a perfect way to end a day of walking and sightseeing. The location is around 25-90 minutes away from the well known chateaus of the area. Breakfast was delicious and Estelle made us feel welcome from the start."

"Patricia and Pierre are lovely, warm people who made us very welcome. The gite is spacious and set in very pleasant grounds. The swimming pool looked super but sadly, due to the cold weather, we were unable to use it. The log fire was wonderful for the cold nights.
