Hotel is great.

Mariela at the front desk was wonderful. Our room La Playa was beautiful, though a little noisy as it was right on the road. Would definitely stay again, however I would never book through Expedia or Hotels.com as they were terrible in helping me book this room.

Eduardo, Maribel and Ricardo bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect. Irene and spa staff delivered exceptional relaxation experiences. Beautiful Stay

Highly recommend this place! Fantastic hotel, beautiful gardens, great location. We loved our room, but it might be a bit rustic for some due to the traditional thatched roof and semi openness. For us it was a perfect eco-resort experience and a very romantic stay
