Old flour mill, restored and enabled as a rural house for holiday tourism, located in Sayalonga, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
The mill was built on the ruins of a Moorish construction burned in 1572 by its owners during the conquest period.
The result of the restoration has been this rural house whose walls convey confidence due to their resistance to the passage of time, while ensuring protection against climatic excesses. They highlight the rustic decoration that harmonizes with the environment, while showing respect for the past in the conservation of traditional elements.
The generosity of its square meters makes it ideal for hosting large groups of family and friends. Right next door is another rural house with 20 more beds that can be combined with this one for groups of 40 people.
It is distributed in twelve bedrooms, of which there are seven with two single beds each and 6 bedrooms with a single bed each. Two bathrooms with bathtubs and three with shower trays. Kitchen equipped for all seats, freezer, microwave, oven, rosco with paella pan, etc. Large living rooms with fireplace. Dining room with a large table so that all guests can eat at the same time and thus enjoy happy after-dinner conversations. All bedrooms have an electric radiator, the use of which has an extra cost. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom and is fully adapted for people in wheelchairs.
Its privileged exterior is honored by the passage of the Sayalonga River, with the vegetation and fauna that accompany it, and that have politely offered to be your hosts during these days of vacation... What good company...!
For your leisure moments, on the terraces you will find a basketball court, swimming pool and barbecue.
Access is paved, except for 1.5 km which is by lane.
For large group reservations, please remember that the house can only be accessed by vans with a maximum of 9 people, as it is located after a bridge that makes maneuvering difficult for a bus.
