If you love nature, relaxation and out-of-this-world views, then the privileged location of this splendid holiday villa is exactly what you need. Besides, the weather conditions of the Costa del Sol guarantee you’ll make the most of the stunning outdoors, where you can even spot the Mediterranean Sea on especially-clear days. Moreover, the closeness to the natural spots of the province of Malaga makes for a great opportunity to unwind and go hiking.

The single-storey holiday villa is the best choice for eight people who want to relax in a dreamlike environment. There are four bedrooms at your disposal, three with one double bed each, and one with one with one trundle bed. Two of the double-bedded bedrooms are also provided with one en-suite with shower each. Besides, the villa features another bathroom with shower and one with a bathtub to be shared among the guests. All the bedrooms are characterised by enough space to ensure you’ll make the most of your longed-for holidays.

The double-height living area is extremely cosy and welcoming, thanks to the warm colours that have been carefully used to decorate the room. There are a comfortable sofa and a design coffee table, and the room opens onto the picturesque, fully-equipped independent kitchen, from which it’s divided by a useful breakfast bar. The whole villa features warm/cool air-con, ensuring the optimal temperature throughout the year.

The outdoor area is accessible thanks to the massive windows of the living room. Here, you will find a lovely porch where all the family can enjoy “al fresco” dining thanks to the 8-place dining table. However, you can choose another shaded area to eat, which is located near two comfortable sun beds.

However, the cherry on the pie of the property is reachable via a descending ramp, which leads to the most fantastic place to spend your spare time (and you might even put aside other things to find time for this!). In fact, here you will find a huge heated pool, whose temperature is constantly around 25ºC (except in August, when the pool is not heated), and a fabulous Jacuzzi. To top it all, the panoramic views of the hills surrounding Sayalonga down to the Mediterranean Sea are the perfect complement for an unforgettable holiday. Last, but not least, there’s a poolside pergola where a pool table and a ping-pong table, as well as a brick BBQ and another dining area, are located; sun loungers and parasols add the extra dose of comfort that will make you choose this holiday villa right away.

The access to the villa, which also relies on private parking, is possible via a 600 mt-long unpaved lane.

Fantastic views and lovely staty in a great house.
We had a lovely stay in this luxorious house. The host Eric was very kind and accomodating and treated us to delicious croissants on our first morning. There was plenty of room for our whole group of 8 people (family with 3 school age children abd grandparents). The children enjoyed the garden, pool and pool table as well as mini tennis (ping pong) table. During the colder months the heated pool and jacuzzi add that little extra holiday feeling. The road to the house is quite steep and winding, I would recommend renting an SUV.

Wymarzony dom na wakacje w cudownym miejscu.
Pięknie położony dom na wzgórzu ze wspaniałymi widokami na całą okolicę. Nieruchomość bardzo przestronna, zadbana, z przepięknie zaaranżowanymi pokojami, ze wspaniałym klimatem. Do domu przynależy piękny duży ogród, a w nim tyle atrakcji, że nie chce się stamtąd nigdzie wychodzić. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu, który zadbał o każdy detal i jest pomocny w każdym momencie. Szczerze polecam każdemu i mam nadzieję, że sami tam kiedyś wrócimy.

Tranquil & beautiful setting
The property was very well equipped, stylish and comfortable. The outside space was beautifully laid out with plenty of different areas to sit or play games. It was ideal for us, a family with five 18-24 year olds plus 2 parents. The views from the patio of the mountains and the sea we’re simply breathtaking. Eric was extremely helpful throughout our stay, dealing with everything efficiently and with good humour.

Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, ist die Anfahrt vom Treffpunkt zum Haus wirklich spannend. Aber es wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes an zwei Stellen Leitplanken montiert. Die Aussicht vom Haus ist fantastisch. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und alles funktioniert. Vielleicht sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden, dass der Poolbereich über Stufen und einen kleinen Weg zu erreichen ist und nicht direkt ans Haus anschließt. Könnte wichtig für Leute mit Gehbehinderungen sein. Die Entertainmentausstattung ist vom Feinsten! Handtücher sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Und Eric ist der perfekte Gastgeber! Immer erreichbar, supernett und fürsorglich. Zur Begrüßung gibt es bereits gekühlte Getränke und am ersten Morgen Croissants und Brötchen. Danke für alles, Eric!
