"Everything was great except one of the restaurant staff, when my son asked for a fresh pineapple juice @ the juice counter, she was negotiating with me to have half pineapple & half orange; I told her my son doesn't want orange; she sends one worker to talk to the manager while we were standing there for minutes....."

"Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marhaba Palace, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and varied. "My stay was really enjoyable. All the staff were nice apart from the housekeeping who never cleaned our room even when we put the sign the most they did was supply toilet roll. Never cleaned the floor or picked up the wet towel or vacuumed. It got so bad that we have roaches in the room and had to change rooms. But other than that the stay was brilliant. The staff in the restaurants, bar and animations staff were all friendly and polite. "

"We liked the location of the property near the beach and shops to purchase items. It is also a large space and the rooftop area is quite nice. The property was also very clean. We ran into a few issues during our stay that I think are worth mentioning. The property has three room based air conditioners. This means that two of the bedrooms have air conditioning but one does not. Additionally one of the air conditioners in a bedroom was not working during our stay. As such two of the three...
