"It was great to stay in this amazing location and beautiful view, dining, welcoming staff, lobby, and music are the best way provided but they need to provide a sufficient amount of water, nuts, etc in the room and catering as well "

"Everything was great except one of the restaurant staff, when my son asked for a fresh pineapple juice @ the juice counter, she was negotiating with me to have half pineapple & half orange; I told her my son doesn't want orange; she sends one worker to talk to the manager while we were standing there for minutes....."

"Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony."
