Entrance is too small for placing everyone's shoes and luggages.The stair is too narrow and seems not safe enough for elderly. "ナガシマスパーランドへもなばなの里へも近いのがまずよかったです。お部屋も綺麗で、アメニティも充実してました。メールの連絡だけで正直少し不安でしたが、素早く返信してくださったので特に問題ありませんでした。 和室なので座布団があればなおよしって思うのと、朝準備してる間隣のカフェも準備されるので少し音が気になる方であれば注意しておいた方がいいです。まあ、私の場合、1時間もしたら部屋を出たので大きな問題ではありませんでしたが。 駐車場も停めやすくてよかったですが、外付けのカーナビでは反応しなかったので不安な方はGoogleマップを使った方がいいと思います。"

"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."
