"The property is well maintained, clean and has a lot of charm. The backyard offers a stunning view of the mountains, a stream and quaint cottages dotting the landscape. The only surprise was the location on a major roadway. Backing into the driveway can be difficult especially after dark. Otherwise we would highly recommend this home. Andrew the property manager was friendly and helpful. "

"This property was exactly as pictured and the owner was quick in communicating with us in both getting needed information to us and responding to any concerns we had. We enjoyed looking up the history of the cottage's stone work and everything about our stay here and in this lovely town. Very charming and well maintained property. We look forward to possibly staying here again if our future travels bring us back through Chester, VT. "

"We had the BEST time on our short little getaway to the Vermont mountains! We are very familiar with the area but this was our first VRBO. "Such a wonderful and warm home. Other than condiments the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups and small appliances. The back screened in porch was a peaceful retreat for morning coffee and devotions and a great place to wind down at night. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The minute we walked in we were in awe of Rosehill Cottage. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"The owner had the place ready to go when we arrived. It was a late arrival, but there were outside lights that were warm and inviting. Plenty of space for our party of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). Kitchen was welled stocked with cooking necessities, great hangout spaces in the basement and first floor, and a convenient space for ski boots and outer gear in the basement near parking.
