The historic Molly Pitcher Winery has been given a new lease on life as a condominium development. This sunny corner unit at the Vineyard Lofts offers nearly 1900 sq feet of contemporary living in the heart of Harbor Country. The great room with 12-foot ceilings, has two seating areas, one surrounds the fireplace and offers space for conversation or a good book as well as a sofa sleeper for additional guests. The larger seating area turns its attention to electronic entertainment with a 42-inch plasma HDTV, DVD player and a collection of books, magazines, DVD's as well as an assortment of board games.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and continues the hardwood floors throughout the unit. The skylit dining area seats eight for a large gathering or just two at the breakfast bar. A washer and dryer unit are also located in the kitchen.

The master bedroom suite includes a queen size bed, breakfast bistro table and writing desk. The private bath includes two vanities with separate tub/toilet room. The second bedroom boasts two queen size beds, flat panel television, and an adjacent full bathroom. French doors from both bedrooms lead to the private outdoor patio with grill, dining table and seating for your summer entertaining.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was very well stocked with items that were needed for the stay. The location was also close to Warren Dunes State Park which was beautiful, my granddaughters had a wonderful time swimming in Lake Michigan. The condo is also a short drive to New Buffalo and St. Joseph, which are great places to visit.

Very clean and a nice place. We enjoyed the location and the quiet. Wonderful location for the north end of Harbor Country. Close to Sawyer and the Farm Market. Best rental in the old winery. Love the Swedish Bakery and the sounds of the trains going by.

Family Celebration
We stayed at the property in mid November and had a wonderful time. The location was wonderful with so many beautiful towns and attractions nearby and within walking distance to a delicious bakery that was one of a kind. The loft was beautiful with everything we could have wanted and more with a stunning kitchen. The entire complex was beautiful as well and well maintained. Comfortable Space to Get Away
This was our 2nd time to stay at the loft and it was just as nice as we had remembered. What a luxury to have so much space to stretch out in. Comfortable furnishings and well-equipped kitchen were especially appreciated. Layout is great for sharing with another couple as the bedrooms and baths are quite separate. Beautiful grounds too and walkable to the Swedish Bakery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Old friend and I stayed in property first to attend a concert at Four Winds, then to buzz around Three Oaks and New Buffalo. We left wishing we’d had more time in this Italian-themed loft. The furniture and bedding were very comfortable; the unit was well appointed. And the patio off of the bedrooms was a favorite place for breakfast and relaxing. Close to Warren Dunes and New Buffalo. Walking distance to 2 great restaurants and across from the Swedish bakery, to boot! We’d return in a nanosecond.

Great place for a girls trip!
We were shocked at how big and spacious this condo was! It had everything we needed for a fun girls trip weekend. It was exceptionally clean also. We loved that there were two bathrooms...plenty of room to get ready. This place was more then big enough for all of us girls. The town was also cute with a lot of good eating establishments. We hope to do it again next year! Thanks Mike and Mary!
