High-quality bedding and linens, superb décor, and lighting all contribute to a guaranteed wonderful night’s sleep for everyone! Similarly, the stylish bathrooms are all equipped with superior fixtures and lighting, providing you and your guests with all the essentials. The primary bathroom has twin vanity sinks, a swanky tile walk-in shower, and a high-end washer/dryer to handle all your laundry needs. The other bathrooms are also nicely appointed, with one featuring an oh-so-appealing soaking tub. By the way, the Carriage House has a super-comfy king bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a full bath, and chic décor.

Stepping outside, you’ll find a large patio and deck area with plenty of seating and outdoor dining options, all nestled in a professionally landscaped wooded backyard— with a fabulous mix of trees, lawn, sculpted gardens, and flat-stone patios and walkways— where peace, tranquility, and privacy reign supreme. There’s also an excellent barbecue grill at one end of the patio, for when you’re looking to do some quality backyard cooking. And once dinner is over, you can sit together around the firepit and look up at the stars with a glass of wine, knowing your vacation dream has become a reality.

Sawyer, the town in which Cedar Gables is located, is truly a Southwest Michigan hidden gem, surrounded by some of Mother Nature’s best— including miles of Lake Michigan shoreline, majestic sand dunes, and rich woodlands and marshes— with a small-town atmosphere and a unique tapestry of cultural and recreational experiences. Besides taking time to relax and stroll along Lake Michigan’s pristine golden sand beaches, one excellent option is for you and your guests to sample the area’s world-class wine and craft beer scene. Many of the picturesque local vineyards produce superb wines, and the neighborhood brewpubs bring award-winning excellence to their bubbly beverages. Or check out the outstanding art galleries, antique shops, and boutiques in the super-charming downtown area.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect you will need to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

For guests who would like to bring pets, we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of two (2) dogs under 40 lbs. All pets must be authorized at the time of booking— email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
