Nestled at the end of private road, our beautiful cottage sleeps 10 comfortably. Surrounded by mature trees on a 1/3 acre of land. Bring your family to enjoy warm days at the beach and evenings by the fire pit.

Central to everything Harbor County has to offer. We're situated just 1.5 mile from downtown Sawyer, a great place to visit local breweries, like Greenbush Brewery, the Sawyer Garden Center, antique shops, and great food.

Close to numerous wineries, microbreweries, distilleries, art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, bakeries and more.

Less than 1 mile from Warren Dunes where you climb the sand dunes and relax or swim on the beautiful beaches. You'll love the location and the house.

Three full bedrooms, Two full bathrooms, plus sleeper sofa, and air mattress.
Indoor gas burning fireplace, screen porch, 8 person hot tub, enjoy meals with both gas and charcoal grills. Central heat and AC. Full size washer and dryer.

Come stay at our updated, beautiful, 1200 sf house. We have a large fenced-in backyard, perfect for dogs!

5 minutes from warren dune state park and 20 mins from Silver Beach at St Joes..so great location, very nice house with great amenities and lots of cool beach supplies to use while there!! And nice to have a pet friendly home that is truly pet friendly!! Would definitely stay again!!

Great stay! Enjoyed local restaurants, ordering in and dining out, made some excellent meals in the nice kitchen with farm-fresh foods. Easy walk to the beach to see sunsets, and made much use of Warren Dunes State Park. The dog was the most comfortable of all!

A nice, quiet stay
We had a great time! I enjoyed the property's wooded surroundings and the private backyard. It's just a stone's throw from Warren Dunes beach and hiking trails, which was also nice. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages.

Great property in a quiet location!
We loved our stay in Sawyer! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the yard was a great getaway with all the amenities. We loved that this place is dog-friendly, and the owner was so kind and accommodating. The location is so close to Warren Dunes, a great coffee shop, and a lovely fruit stand. Highly recommend!

Loved this house and location. We loved the screened porch to play games . Doggies loved the shaded yard. Greenbush Brewery had good food and fun beers to try. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Away
We stayed here for a nice long weekend with some of our friends. Plenty of room for our group of 4 to chill on the porch or watch some TV when we weren't out exploring the array of breweries and wineries nearby. Everything we wanted to see was within a 20 minute drive so the location was excellent! Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and towels. Highly recommend!

Best weekend with our dogs!
Great place to stay with your fur babies or friends! Far enough away from everything to have some peace and quiet, but close enough to have a variety of things to do! The house was very well kept, and the owners were very communicative! Helped us with the check in process and find the place. We will definitely be back!

Our Dream Vacation
This property was amazing! The owners went above and beyond to maintain contact with us and make sure our stay was going smoothly. The house was so dog friendly and we felt safe leaving her there during the day since there was a doggy door off the screened in porch. The location was perfect too because the dunes were right up the road and New Buffalo was not too far of a drive. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Wonderful Stay
Corey made check in easy and even let us come early. The home was beautiful and well stocked. We spent the days at the Warren Dunes and at night we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The house fit all of us perfectly. The screened in porch was an awesome addition! We definitely will be back!

Michigan vacation
We loved this property. It is a very clean, secluded and overall very cozy place. The kitchen was amazing stocked with everything that you would need. It has a beautiful fenced in back yard. Enjoyed watching the birds and the squirrels running around in the mornings. Hot tub was very clean and the temp was perfect. We have put this on our list to rent again.

Fun getaway for the girls!!
House was clean, very cute and roomy. Hot tub was fabulous. We loved shopping at the Sawyer Garden Center. We didn't have dogs but the house has everything you would need for furry guests as well. Fun winter getaway! Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the kayaks and the back yard!

Another Wonderful Stay at Corey's Cottage
If you are looking for a nice home to rest and relax or spend a weekend with kids, friends, and your dog, this place is for you. It is spacious with a lot of sleeping room, has a wonderful backyard for entertaining yourself, and is close to so many great places to eat, drink, hike, swim, etc. This was our second visit to this cottage, and it will not be our last. Thank you, Corey, for another wonderful stay in our favorite place in Michigan.

Restful Weekend
This is the most pet friendly rental I've ever seen! The yard is really lovely with nice landscaping, a solid fence, a hammock and of course the hot tub. The screened in porch is also a fantastic gathering space and the fact that it has a wood burning fire place is just another perk. Our group enjoyed ourselves very much and wish to extend gratitude to our host.

Relaxing nature retreat with all the comforts of home
Well-maintained and well-stocked house with a beautiful yard. Enjoyed the hammock, hot-tub and fire pit surrounded by lush landscaping. Our dog adjusted to the house quickly with the toys and treats! Weather was perfect so we enjoyed the Warren Dunes and bike riding everyday. Screen porch for every meal in! Host made check in and out easy- will return!

Great Family Weekend
The house was better than the description. There was plenty of room for the nine of us. We enjoyed cooking, playing games, and exploring the area. The dogs enjoyed exploring the backyard and taking walks to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the property manager was great. Our family has been coming to Harbour Country for a family weekend each fall for the past few years and I would say this was the best place we stayed

Back Again!
This was our second year in a row at this private, secluded spot near Warren Dunes. Corey is very responsive and generous with check-in and -out times. The property is clean and has everything listed and then some. Bountiful touches and amenities add to the attraction of the rental. It's great for dogs......and people! I'm sure we'll be back for a third time if we return to this area.
